Data you submit voluntarily (email, and optionally name and company) through the catalogue request form.
Contact details you share by email or phone.
Technical usage data from the site via Google Analytics (pages viewed, approximate device, traffic source).

Website forms

The catalogue request asks for an email (required) and, if you wish, your name and company. Submissions are processed by Netlify, which hosts the site and receives form data.

There is no contact form on the site. You can reach us directly by email or phone.

Purposes and legal bases

Responding to catalogue requests and commercial enquiries: steps at your request prior to a contract, and legitimate interest in managing the business relationship.
Providing access to the requested catalogue and, if needed, technical support: same basis.
Measuring site performance with Google Analytics: legitimate interest in understanding site use and improving content.

Recipients

Catalogue form data is processed by Netlify (hosting and forms). Traffic analysis data is processed by Google through Google Analytics 4.

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with providers needed to run the site or where the law requires it.

Retention

We keep catalogue requests and contact data for as long as needed to reply and to maintain a reasonable business record, unless a longer legal duty applies.

Google Analytics data follows the retention settings in the Google Analytics account and the cookies described in the cookie policy.

Your rights

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable Portuguese law, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability of your data, where applicable.
